The only issue I've come across is that I don't believe it supports double-sided printing, which is something I hadn't thought of looking into prior to purchasing it. So far I haven't had any issues with it, the set up was very easy and fast, I downloaded the HP app onto my Mac laptop and use this for settings, options, etc.
I'm going to see how much printing I actually do over the few months to consider whether the program would be cheaper than purchasing my ink on an as-needed basis. I haven't decided yet yet if I'll continue the program and pay the monthly fee yet. Following this time period if the program is not cancelled it costs I believe $3.99 per month. I purchased this printer about a month ago and I also signed up for the program to receive free ink for a few months. Certain features are only available in English. Note: Some HP Smart features require a network connection and an HP account for full functionality.
